Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on our website operated by Shoreline Pattaya (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1. Order Processing & Payment Requirement

All orders are processed only after 100% advance payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
The total payable amount includes:

  • Product price
  • Applicable VAT (7%)
  • Shipping charges

Orders will not be prepared or dispatched until full payment has been completed.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 10–12 working days after successful payment confirmation.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays
This processing period allows for:

  • Order verification
  • Quality inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Shipment arrangement

While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, the above timeline ensures consistent and reliable service.

3. Shipping Charges

Thailand (Domestic): THB 200 per order
International Orders: USD 20 per order

  • Shipping charges include:
  • Secure packaging and handling
  • Courier service
  • Tracking support

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using reliable courier partners such as:

  • Thailand Post (EMS)
  • Kerry Express
  • DHL or equivalent international couriers

The company reserves the right to select the most suitable courier based on destination, service quality, and operational requirements.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Destination location
  • Courier service
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

Estimated delivery times (if provided) are indicative only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Courier services
  2. Customs authorities
  3. External or force majeure events

6. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking numbers are generated by the courier at the time of shipment.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.

8. High-Value Orders & Shipping Flexibility

For high-value orders, especially international shipments, we may use alternative courier services to ensure:

  • Reliable tracking
  • Safe delivery

This may be done without prior notice for the protection of the shipment.

9. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier and tracking is issued, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Courier-related delays or losses beyond our control

10. Important Notes

Customers are advised to ensure accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Any changes to shipping details after order confirmation may not be possible.
